Good to know before you book

After you book your appointment, you will be emailed a confirmation with your pre-appointment instructions. Please read through everything carefully so you're fully prepared for your visit.

Deposits: A deposit is required to book and confirm every new appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session. Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling & cancellations: We require 72 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. If 72 hours notice is not given, your deposit will be forfeited. Please arrive on time — we offer a 15 minute grace period, after which your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
