Yes. Since we can create shading throughout the brow still, we can achieve a colour correction and/or cover up scaring with Combination Brows. This is also depending if the shape is still correct. Combination Brows are usually hair stroke at the front of the brow. With that being said, shading from the previous tattoo shouldn’t be dense in the front to achieve this look.
