Powder & Combination Brow Training in Edmonton: What to Expect

Choosing a brow training course involves more than comparing tuition. You also need to understand the techniques, how much individual guidance you will receive, what equipment is included, and what happens after class.

Studio Vanassa now offers four-day powder and combination brow training in Edmonton, with private instruction by request and a small-group option for two students. Here is what to consider before you enrol.

Powder brows and combination brows: what is the difference?

Powder brows use shading to create a softly filled-in appearance. Combination brows bring hair strokes and shading together. Looking at real examples can help you understand the different finished styles.

Our training covers both techniques in one four-day course. Tell us about any previous brow or tattooing experience when you enquire so we can discuss whether the course fits your goals.

Private training or a class of two?

Private instruction gives you four days of one-on-one time with Vanassa. It is an option for students who prefer individual guidance or want to arrange dates around their own schedule. Private dates are confirmed by request, subject to availability.

Small-group training is limited to two students and has a lower tuition per person. Group dates are arranged when two students can attend together. You can enquire with a friend or contact us individually to discuss availability.

What does the course include?

The course includes live-model practice, a take-home kit, follow-up support and a Studio Vanassa certificate of completion. A machine is included when you select that tuition option.

The kit is intended to support approximately six months of work, but supply use depends on your workload and practice. Before enrolling, ask us to confirm the kit contents and quantities, machine details if applicable, and how follow-up support is provided.

What is the tuition?

  • Small group, two students: $3,200 per student without a machine, or $3,500 per student with a machine.

  • Private: $3,700 without a machine, or $4,000 with a machine.

All tuition is in Canadian dollars, with GST additional. When comparing courses, consider class size, individual guidance, model practice, equipment and support alongside the price.

Should you choose the machine-included option?

If you already own a machine, contact us before choosing the without-machine option so we can discuss your equipment. If you need one, ask about the machine supplied and what is included with it. That conversation helps you choose the option that suits your starting point.

What happens after the four days?

Follow-up support is included. Ask about its format and scope before registration so you know how to bring forward questions after the course. A certificate of completion recognises the training completed; building consistency still takes practice and continued learning.

How to enquire about training dates

Training takes place with Vanassa at Studio Vanassa on Whyte Avenue: Unit 1, 10015 82 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta.

View the course and tuition options, then send a brow training inquiry. Mention your experience, preferred format, whether you need a machine and your preferred dates. We will discuss suitability, availability and enrolment terms before registration.
